Warranty Period The warranty period for each product is clearly stated on its individual product page on our website. This warranty applies only to Office Concepts products sold and used within the Republic of South Africa. Proof of Purchase A valid proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase) is required when submitting a warranty claim. Governing Law This warranty, the agreement to which it relates, and the relationship between you and Office Concepts are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Standard Usage Conditions Unless otherwise specified on our website, this warranty covers products used under standard office conditions, defined as 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Warranty Process Once the product has been inspected and the warranty claim approved, Office Concepts will repair the product. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new item. Should repair or replacement not be feasible, Office Concepts reserves the right to supply an equivalent alternative product.
