Product Guarantee

• Office Concepts strives to produce high-quality office chairs, using quality components supplied by reputable and long-standing component suppliers.
• We offer a 5 year guarantee on our office chairs from date of purchase against faulty workmanship and defective components only. The gas cylinders are guaranteed for 2 years. This excludes abuse and normal wear and tear. Chairs used 5 days a week, 9 hours a day is considered “normal use “. Our guarantee is supported by a guarantee card attached under the seat of all our chairs, which stated the style, date of manufacture and the order number attached to this particular product and a manufacturers tag usually attached to the chair back, if this card or tag are removed, all guarantees are null and void.
• The guarantee on the fabric is held by the respective fabric house and not by Office Concepts.
  This guarantee covers products delivered by Office Concepts, products delivered by third parties are considered to be in good working order on leaving the factory gate and Office Concepts cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during delivery.

After sales service

• We take pride on the products we produce and will support our products throughout the guarantee period.
• Any repairs that need to be undertaken in terms of our guarantee will be performed either on site if this is feasible or by returning the product to our factory for complete overhaul, at the discretion of Office Concepts All guarantee repairs will be carried out as expeditiously as possible.
